Le chat noir / Les fleurs avec joie

24×30 acrylic on canvas, I often have a cat sitting at the doorstep in my compositions. My black cat Syd would be waiting for me at my door at my old studio in Cumberland. Various ladies in my life also dropped of domestic cats and kittens. I have many cat stories and they are featured in many of my paintings.
