Finn Slough , Year ago when i first visited Finn Slough on the Fraser River I had died and gone to heaven. The old shacks on the slough still inhabited dangling on stilts over the river, tide taking out the sewage each day, the huge runs of Sockeye salmon to pay for beer and groceries and a never ending supply of firewood to heat and cook with an artists dream community however my wife at the time disagreed she loved her dishwasher!! – Acrylic on Canvas
